This service is provided by CGD Group company Imocaixa, S.A., which is highly experienced in the valuation field.

Subscribers to this service will receive the following within a maximum period of 10 days:

- a valuation report issued by Imocaixa, containing all data upon which the transaction’s
  presumed value is based;
- a valuation certificate, guaranteeing the amount of the valuation for the period of 1 year, for
  the purposes of any subsequent loan application. Available only for “fractions” (i.e. lawfully
  constituted autonomous parts of buildings) or detached houses.

The valuation certificate exempts future purchasers of the property from obtaining a valuation, if applying for a Caixa loan, in addition to the respective valuation costs.
